1. Placing orders in the shop
On our website you can buy accessories for most of our products. And only accessories. We don't sell products here.
If you need a remote control, new power supply etc. just enter your modelnumber in the search field, and push the arrow or return key. Then click on the product found. Now you can see all accessories along with user manuals etc. in the right side of the screen.
Orders can only be placed through the internet. It is not possible to place orders directly to Denver by phone, fax or e-mail. Place your order by filling in the order form with all relevant details.
If you need an accessory that are not listed, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a question wether we can get it for you.
Please notice that if you are using Dankort, you have to choose Prices in DKK in the upper right corner before placing order. Otherwise payment won't be accepted.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are inclusive P&P but exclusive 25% VAT.
Denver disclaims any liability for: price increases, currency fluctuations, force majeure, increases in taxes and levies, goods out of stock, errors and omissions.
3. Freight / delivery
Spareparts and accessories are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday, if we have the products in stock (order placed after 9 AM, on a Tuesday or Thursday, will be shipped the following Tuesday or Thursday).
If we don't have them in stock, we will contact you with information on estimated time before we can ship it.
Delivery time for all orders inside Europe is estimated to 3-5 working days, but it can take longer, depending on local postal services.
Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us.
4. Warranty / guarantee
All products will be covered by the store that sell the product. This means that if you have a product that are defective, please take it back to the store where it is bought. We cannot help you directly with warranty issues on products.
Accessories bought from our webshop is under a standard warranty for a period of two years. If there are any problems with accessories, please contact us for repair/exchange. This is always provided that the defect is not due to illegal operation, modification or similar misuse on the part of the buyer.
5. Returning goods / cooling-off period
Should you regret your purchase within a period of 14 days, we refund the cost of the article in question, exclusive of P&P. However, goods returned within the cooling-off period of 14 days, but not in a condition where they can be resold in virtually the same condition that they were delivered to the customer, will not be refunded at 100%. Goods returned ON CARRIAGE FORWARD or C.O.D will not be accepted.
6. How to use the cooling-off period
For you as our customer there are several ways you can use the cooling-off period. Should you regret your purchase before the goods have been shipped, the easiest way to cancel the order is by returning the e-mail we sent you in confirmation of the order. In this mail you state your wish to cancel the order. If the goods have already been sent, another option is to refuse to take receipt of the package, when the mailman delivers it. Alternatively, you can take receipt of the package and return it to us within 14 days in virtually the same condition you received it. Whichever option you choose, the order/deal will be cancelled.
7. Contract parties
The trade in goods is an agreement between two parties alone. One is the buyer, the other is (as seller):
